Two metallic fences with iron letters. 237 x 221 x 104 cm

This sculptural work is developed from the selection of two names of military operations that refer abstract concepts in a relationship that could seem of cause and effect: Just Cause / Urgent Fury. The reproduction of the pairs of words, with iron letters of a strongly constructive nature, crowns two metal security fences. These fences are arranged forming a cross that allows a criss-cross relationship of the pairs of concepts, and deconstructs and intersects their meaning. You can also read Just Fury / Urgent Cause. This is a common provision used by the police and security forces to prevent risks or impede the passage of gatherings and citizen demonstrations.
In some presentations, the work is accompanied by the installation of large image groups that reproduce animal reproductions and visual documents of military operations that borrow their names.
